ADP UK Employment Screening Through BackCheck

BackCheck protects organisations from employing fraudulent, dishonest or otherwise unsuitable candidates

It Strategy

ADP announced a strategic partnership with BackCheck, a division of Checkwell. The partnership will enable ADP UK to offer its clients an integrated employment screening service through BackCheck's platform.

BackCheck protects organisations from employing fraudulent, dishonest or otherwise unsuitable candidates through employment history, right to work verifications, reference and criminal checks, among other services. The partnership with ADP will create a unique integrated proposition whereby the HR/Payroll solution can alert managers when the necessary screening is incomplete giving consistency of policy application across the organisation.

Commenting on the partnership, Don McGuire , Managing Director ADP Employer Services said: "Employment screening is increasingly important in the UK given the increased regulation and accountability placed on employers, as well as the issue of candidates willing to embellish skills and experience on their CV or in interviews. This partnership with BackCheck allows us to further expand our HR offering with a highly experienced and market leading service provider."

Dave Dinesen, President and CEO of BackCheck said: "Offering an integrated employment screening service with an HR and Payroll provider provides real benefits to clients. We are very excited about partnering with ADP, the biggest payroll and HR service provider in the world, with an unbeatable and trusted heritage."
